best deal with stress

          Stress in our daysis normal . Your boss is very angry it's stress, your children covered wuth mud it's stress. What you can do with it, only relax .And now I tell you some deal with stress.
          First deal is activity.You need doing some kind of activity like swiming or cycling.Also you need walk near 15-30 minutes.Healty sleep is most deal with stress,because your body is relax and recovering in sleep.
          Second deal is food.You need stop take spirits drinks and stodge too .You must drink natural juice and eat more vegetables and fruits .Little dose of ice cream or chocolate will not harm your body.
          The total idea of the text is eat and drink helpful food and drinks .Do some activity on street , walking more time . And stress never go to you and  all time feel good mood

Internet

      The internet is most used  things un the world . People can't live without it. Somebody have problem with it.
      The internet - base what have most information in the world. If you what now about some ,you obligatory find it. Internet help people with other problem like "How wash my car" or "My pet is sick how can I help him" .
      How the internet can help students with their studies? How I speak earlier internet can help you in other question. More student use internet on lesson or help with homework ( We are not this students).Somebody find information for report  or essay . 
      Some people have addiction of internet and if they not used it sometimes, they can crash somethings.It's dangerous for other people too.Also it can be dangerous for children , they can see somethings they should have seen.
      Internet is contradiction ,because is very helpful and contraindicated for some group of people.

Pleasant place for hospital

              I suggest hospital need more  pleasant place for children.
              Firstly, they can play there a lot of kind of games .This games upgrade their mental or physical force.I would recommend give it more place in hospital and more time in children's studying too.Secondly,I strongly suggest that more toys and equipment for other game.
              Although the hospital is place where children live at other period of their life. Child have problem with stomach and need drive to hospital and treated there.And he need doing something like play in football.
             All in all, children's hospital is place what need more pleasant place for children .Children need develop their skills and mental force too.And I strongly recommend you make more pleasant place for children .

exotic pets

   People need more adremalin in there life.And keep exotic pets like chimpanzee or iguana.

Some exotic pets are danderous. My friend ones say me funny story:"ones morning his pets (iguana) caught him and chased him, and he think iguana repents ,but finger is swelled and hedrived to doctor. Doctor say iguana is toxic, but poison is weak and predator (iguana) repents friend. And wait when he died.It's very funny story ,but show danger of exotic pets.

Also exotic pets need more money for food and housting too.Tiger can live in flat or small house .It's can be expensive to keep.

   I can travel to La Tomatina next year  with you too.Because it can be really funny and unusally.We can meet new friends.Also carnival in Brazil is really good.All drive to Rio de Janeiro and watch this carnival and participate with actor and street dancer too .All kind of people protrude there.
   I really believe to visit Greenland with their hot sources and very beatiful and amazing nature.People who never upset and nighty walk with my family.

       I strongly believe they  shouldn't be banned.Boxing is good sport for men who want stand up for youself  and defense girlfriend. 

      This sport involve very high risk. You can broke your bones or even death. But if you win in grand-tournament ,you take a lot of money,prestige and glory.

      Violent sports as boxing so expensive.You need buy kappa,gloves and protection.They involve travel to the tourment in other city or country too .It's really exspensive,but if you have more wins in regional tournament ,sponsors give you money for your trip,equipment and other costs.

      All in all, boxing is passion  and risks for your life.In life without it, impossible.Yes,They are dangerous for themselves. If authorities of country ban violent sport,it can safe more life ,but it so boring for people who want more extreme thing in our life.To my opinion violent sport  shouldn't be banned.

Benedict Timothy Carlton Cumberbatch-born 19 July 1976(age 40)in Hammersmith, London England.

 English actor who has perfomed in film,television,radio and theatre.Work on more TV series "The Last enemy","Sherlock Holmes" and other.In 2008 he discussed with David Tennant opportunity to play the role of a doctor, but then was afraid of responsibility to the fans. And in 2014, he said that never appears in any role in the television series. Also playedin " Amazing Grace","Atonement"and "The Other Boleyn Girl" .So he played in very popular film like "The imitation game" "Star Trek Into Darkness" and new film "Doctor Strange" what has released in 2016 year.

 HIs contribution in world culture really big.In April 2014, he was recognized as one of the 100 most influential people in the world according to the magazine Time.
