As a resault,they would be off the streets in a safe place.
Furthermore,the factory could be turned into attractive square for teens.It could have banches,trees and sport playground such as football pitch and basketball court.Its good idea for people,they can go to park and relaxing in there, play footdall and walk with babies.
I think is marvellous idea for all people and I hope my suggestions will be taken into considiration.

I am writing in response to the article in the newspaper "Wednesdays" of the 18th.In my opinion, this is great idea what you can help more teens,and I have more suggestions about what the police and local council.
Firstly,young people need to work ,because they have not work,they can drawing graffiti and etc. what connected with this.Also,youth centre would provide teens take part in different activities.As a resault,they would be off the streets in a safe place.
